Following on from the success of the 2014 Pinnacle Insurance Services Mooloolaba Seniors Tennis Tournament, Mooloolaba Tennis Club will again host the tournament in May 2015. This year is expected to again attract players from the local area, south east Queensland and interstate, playing for fun, or playing to improve their state and national ranking.
The tournament events will include men's and women's singles and doubles and mixed doubles events, divided into five-year age groups starting at 35 years and going to 80 years age category events. Each event will be a round-robin format running across Friday afternoon and Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon sessions. Each age group will have an A grade and a B grade to encourage participation across a broader range of abilities of members and visitors alike.
